Spencer Edelman to Speak at Foreclosure Seminar

    Spencer Edelman will present an overview of Deeds-in-Lieu of Foreclosure at the upcoming BOOT CAMP: Foreclosure and Loan Workout Procedures seminar sponsored by the National Business Institute, at the Embassy Suites Albuquerque, on October 8, 2012. This seminar is designed to provide a comprehensive orientation to the foreclosure process and alternatives to foreclosure for attorneys, real estate professionals, title insurance professionals, and lenders.

    Spencer's practice is focused in the areas of creditors' rights and commercial litigation. In his creditors' rights practice, he assists banks and other creditors in foreclosures and collections actions. He has assisted large financial institutions, as well as private lenders, accountants, long-term care facilities, and other professionals in collecting debts secured by real property, vehicles, and equipment, as well as unsecured debts.
