New Shareholders, 2012

Modrall Sperling is pleased to announce the addition of two new shareholders effective January 1, 2012, H. Jesse Jacobus and Brian K. Nichols.

H. Jesse Jacobus practices primarily in the area of litigation, torts/personal injury and employment. Jesse is a native New Mexican and received his undergraduate degree from the University of New Mexico. He received his law degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law. Prior to joining Modrall Sperling, Jesse served as a judicial law clerk at the New Mexico Court of Appeals to the Honorable James J. Wechsler from 2003-2005. Before becoming a lawyer, Jesse served as an active duty member of the United States Marine Corps, from 1993-1997.

Brian K. Nichols practices primarily in litigation, with focuses on energy, natural resources and Indian Law. Brian received his undergraduate degree in Economics with honors from Earlham College and his law degree from Georgia State University summa cum laude. Before joining Modrall Sperling, Brian clerked for the Honorable Pamela B. Minzner of the New Mexico Supreme Court and the Honorable Fredrick J. Martone of the U. S. District Court for the District of Arizona. Brian is licensed in New Mexico, Arizona and the Navajo Nation.
