Benchmark Litigation Highly Recommends Modrall Sperling as a Leading Litigation Firm for 2013
Benchmark Litigation, a comprehensive annual guide to America’s leading litigation firms and attorneys, recognized Modrall Sperling as one of the leading litigation firms in its 2013 guide. The firm was once again designated as highly recommended, “Modrall Sperling is an exceptional firm. Not only is the bench deep, it spans the whole generational spectrum.”
Twelve lawyers were named “local litigation stars” or “future stars.” Tim Fields, Ken Harrigan, Tim Holm, Lisa Mann*, George McFall and Lynn Slade were named “Local Litigation Stars,” individuals who were recommended consistently as reputable and effective litigators by clients and peers. Samantha Adams, Jennifer Anderson, Alex Walker, Emil Kiehne, Maria O’Brien and Megan Muirhead were named “Future Stars,” lawyers mentioned by clients and peers as likely to be become “local litigation stars” in coming editions.
Emil Kiehne was also named a Tenth Circuit Litigation Star in New Mexico in the 2013 edition of Benchmark’s sister publication, Benchmark Appellate Litigation.
