Andrew Indahl has a rigorous and diverse legal practice focused in the areas of litigation, eminent domain and condemnation, torts and personal injury, employment law and civil rights. He regularly advises businesses and individuals on issues related to commercial litigation, employment, natural resources, real estate and personal injury. Southwest Super Lawyers® selected Andrew as a Southwest Rising Star in 2015.
After receiving his undergraduate degree in Economics from Wheaton College, Illinois, Andrew received his law degree from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he was a member of the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law. Prior to joining Modrall Sperling, Andrew served in the United States Air Force Judge Advocate General's Corps, and he has experience representing the United States Air Force and individual service-members in the U.S.A. and while living abroad.
Andrew has lived overseas for the majority of his life in China, Cuba, Saudi Arabia, Côte d' Ivoire, Russia, and Turkey. He is a member of the firm's Litigation Practice Group.
