New Shareholders – Deana M. Bennett and Tiffany Roach Martin
Modrall Sperling is pleased to announce Deana M. Bennett and Tiffany Roach Martin have been elected as shareholders.
Deana focuses her practice on natural resource development on public and tribal lands. Her experience includes permitting and environmental compliance efforts under the National Environmental Policy Act, the Endangered Species Act, and other related federal statutes. She also has experience working with renewable resource developers on siting issues and utility matters on public, tribal, state and local land. She received her undergraduate, masters and law degree from the University of New Mexico. While attending law school, she served as Editor-in-Chief of the New Mexico Law Review and graduated summa cum laude. Prior to joining Modrall Sperling, Deana served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Richard Bosson of the New Mexico Supreme Court.
Tiffany maintains an active and diverse civil litigation practice focused on commercial litigation, products liability, personal injury, wrongful death, insurance, healthcare, and employment. She was honored as Young Lawyer of the Year in 2012 by the New Mexico Defense Lawyers Association, named 40 Under Forty by Albuquerque Business First, and selected as Southwest Rising Star by Southwest Super Lawyers®. She received her undergraduate degree cum laude from Vanderbilt University and her law degree cum laudefrom Baylor Law School. Prior to joining Modrall Sperling, she clerked for the Honorable James O. Browning in the U. S. District Court for the District of New Mexico.
