Tiffany maintains an active and diverse civil litigation practice focused on commercial litigation, products liability, personal injury, wrongful death, insurance, healthcare, and employment. She was honored as Young Lawyer of the Year in 2012 by the New Mexico Defense Lawyers Association, named 40 Under Forty by Albuquerque Business First, and selected as Southwest Rising Star by Southwest Super Lawyers®. She received her undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University and her law degree from Baylor Law School. Prior to joining Modrall Sperling, she clerked for the Honorable James O. Browning in the U. S. District Court for the District of New Mexico. She is a shareholder in the firm’s Litigation Department.
