Meg Meister Named Incoming Chair of Greater Albuquerque Chamber of Commerce

Meg Meister, a shareholder with Modrall Sperling, has been tapped Chairman-Elect by the Greater Albuquerque Chamber of Commerce. She previously served as the Chamber’s Vice-Chairman for Membership.

Meg is well-known by Albuquerque business, having actively worked to build and support our community’s economic efforts for the past 25 years.

She has worked with a number of local businesses on their legal needs, including the McCune Foundation in conjunction with Albuquerque’s Historic District Improvement Company and the Greater Albuquerque Association of Realtors.  Meg has been instrumental in working with Charter Schools and assisted CNM on its Ingenuity project.

“Albuquerque is rich with histories and traditions that create this wonderful, multicultural place we love. The Chamber of Commerce has been integral to the city’s growth since 1917. I look forward to working with Chamber members who share the vision safe neighborhoods, thriving businesses, great schools, and enjoying life in one of America’s most vibrant cities,” she said after the election.

Meg is a past President of Golden Apple Foundation of New Mexico and also does pro bono work for St. Martin’s and other non-profits in the Albuquerque area.
