Modrall Sperling Welcomes Two Shareholders to Executive Committee
Modrall Sperling is pleased to welcome Daniel Alsup as a newly elected member of the firm’s Executive Committee, and announce that Alex Walker has been elected to a second term. The Executive Committee is a group of seven shareholders, charged with overseeing and directing the firm’s activities and goals.
Daniel Alsup is a member of the firm’s Public Finance group, where he regularly advises clients regarding a wide variety of public finance transactions and matters. Chambers USA has recognized Daniel in the area of Corporate/Commercial law since 2016. He has been selected as a Southwest Rising Star in Government Finance by Southwest Super Lawyers®, and has also been recognized by Best Lawyers in America® in Public Finance Law.
Alex Walker has an active civil litigation practice representing business clients in both state and federal courts. Recognized as a Future Litigation Star in New Mexico since 2012 by Benchmark Litigation, he has also received recognition from Best Lawyers in America® and Southwest Super Lawyers®. Alex has achieved an AV® rating, the highest rating possible, from Martindale-Hubbell based on peer review.
