The Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation (RMMLF) will host a 60-minute program equal to one continuing education credit for in-person or online attendance. The launch of a natural resource project is an exciting and critical time for new lawyers, landmen, and other professionals. The numerous decisions made at the early state – involving pivotal issues such as organizational structure, management, and liability – can have lasting effects on all parties involved. This 60-minute video-linked CLE program, accompanied by a one-hour hosted networking event at the Modrall Sperling office, will allow new professionals to identify threshold legal issues when structuring a natural resource project and provide an opportunity to meet and network with peers, all without extensive time and travel. Attendees must register for the event through the RMMLF site prior to the event date, whether they prefer to attend online or in-person. This webinar will be held simultaneously in 13 cities throughout the west including Albuquerque, Anchorage, Bismarck, Boise, Calgary, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, Phoenix, Portland, Salt Lake City, Toronto, and Vancouver.
