Overview
Abby Bannon-Schneebeck practices in the litigation group at Modrall Sperling. Her focus is predominantly on employment matters, personal injury claims, product liability cases, and commercial disputes.
A native New Mexican, Abby traveled to Texas for her undergraduate degree in Political Science at Trinity University, where she graduated magna cum laude. While in college she ran track and became an NCAA Division III All-American in the 400 meter hurdles.
While attending law school at UNM, Abby became a member of the New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association, the Women’s Law Caucus, received the Roehl Mock Trial Award and graduated cum laude. She worked at a variety of local firms and on the New Mexico Civil Rights Commission, assisting in drafting and passing the New Mexico Civil Rights Act.
When Abby is not practicing law, she is either coaching the Albuquerque High School track team or mock trial team, playing golf, skiing, or hanging out with her friends, family and dog.
