Michelle Hernandez serves on 2024 IADC Trial Academy faculty
Modrall Sperling shareholder Michelle Hernandez is a faculty member for the 50th annual International Association of Defense Counsel Trial Academy, being held August 2-9, 2024 at Stanford Law School in Palo Alto, California. As the “Crown Jewel” of the IADC, the Trial Academy is one of the oldest and most respected programs for developing defense trial advocacy skills.
Michelle has been a member of IADC since 2005, and has served in numerous leadership roles including: Southwest Regional Committee Chair (2017); General Convention Chair (2019); National Membership Committee (2011); Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Committee Co-Vice Chair for Diverse Member Involvement (2014); Toxic and Hazardous Substances Litigation Committee Vice Chair for Diversity (2020-2021), and Toxic and Hazardous Substances litigation Committee Vice Chair for Webinars (2023). Michelle also serves on the Foundation of the IADC’s Board of Directors.
