Overview
Jennifer Kittleson is a shareholder in the firm’s Litigation Department. Jennifer’s practice includes representing clients in a variety of employment, torts/personal injury, and healthcare litigation. She also advises clients on a broad range of employment issues with the aim of reducing the risk of future litigation. Jennifer has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America®, Ones to Watch for Litigation – Labor & Employment and Personal Injury Litigation – Defendants. In addition, she has served multiple terms as a Director for the Employment and Labor Law Section of the New Mexico State Bar.
Jennifer received her undergraduate degree from East Carolina University, her M.B.A. from the University of New Mexico, and her J.D. from University of New Mexico School of Law, where she graduated summa cum laude. While in law school Jennifer served as the Student Articles Editor for the New Mexico Law Review, and received several awards including the Clinical Legal Education Association Outstanding Student Award, Irwin Stern Moise Award, Don G. McCormick Writing Prize, and LexisNexis Award.
In her free time Jennifer enjoys riding horses, skiing, and spending time with her family and friends.
