Overview
Justin Starr is an associate in Modrall Sperling’s Transactions Department, where he assists with matters involving estate planning, trust administration, and tax.
While in law school, Justin gained a variety of valuable experiences. He completed judicial externships with Judge James O. Browning at the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico, and Judge Megan P. Duffy at the New Mexico Court of Appeals. Justin also served as the manuscript editor for the Natural Resources Journal, and tutored Contracts I and Elements of Legal Argumentation II.
When Justin is not practicing law, he enjoys golfing, fishing, and spending time with his wife and two kids.
