Receptionist
Are you a friendly, organized, and professional individual with excellent communication skills? Modrall Sperling Roehl Harris & Sisk, P.A is looking for a dedicated Receptionist to join our team and provide exceptional client service while supporting our administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients, visitors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate personnel
- Manage and maintain office schedules, appointments, and meeting rooms
- Assist with office administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and data entry
- Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area
- Provide support to attorneys and staff as needed
- Coordinate mail, deliveries, and office supplies
- Ensure that all visitors follow office security protocols
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative or legal coursework is a plus
- Prior receptionist or customer service experience, preferably in a law firm or legal environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
